Expected Behavior

The fusion tier indicated on the recipe page (Mk1) is able to process the recipe.

Actual Behavior

The recipe requires a Fusion Reactor MkII.

Steps to Reproduce

Look at recipe page, and then try to run the recipe in a Mk1 and Mk2 reactor.

Additional Information

It appears that the fusion tier reported in EMI should also take into account the EU required by the recipe, not just the EU to start.

Alternatively, the max EU recipe tier of a Fusion machine should be determined by the energy hatches present (like most other multiblocks). I'm not sure how this would interact with overclocking to preserve the current behavior of only the fusion tier impacting overclocks.

Also, Monifactory has some fusion recipes that require a UHV, which show up as being doable in a MkIII incorrectly (I think).
