Feature Description

Currently, the spray paint can paint wires, pipes, machines and even functional parts of multiblocks! Everything except for casings, it seems that the property for textures is already in-game. (in example, I painted a maintenance hatch and rotated it away)

Feel free to pr a change, the best way I can think of doing it is hardcoding a tinted version of each casing for the 16 vanilla colors, good luck. (via different blockstates)
