Better communication that low-tier macerators do not give byproducts

Feature Description

In 1.6.1, the tooltips for LV and MV Macerators and the Steam Grinder were updated to indicate that the machines do not give byproducts.
While less noticeable than the bright-red counterpart Monifactory had, it would be helpful if a similar edit were made for the LP and HP steam macerators.

Additionally, I would appreciate if the JEI/EMI integration were modified to inform the player of this HV+ byproduct limitation. This happens to be the main source of misinformation on the topic, since there is zero indication on that page that an LV or MV macerator would not be able to produce byproducts.

This situation isn't helped by the fact that LV and MV macerators happen to have 4 slots, but I assume parity with 1.12 is the priority on that matter.

In 1.12, I remember LV and MV macerators having only one slot. It's the steam ones that have four.
