Expected Behavior
The block should have a burn time = 9x or 10x the burn time of charcoal
Actual Behavior
It has no burn time at all.
Steps to Reproduce
- Craft the block of charcoal
- Place inside a Low Pressure Steam Boiler that already has water in it
- It does not get consumed as fuel
