The gtceu:rubber_slab is missing the wooden_slabs item tags. It leads to a bug where you cannot use rubber slabs to create a barrel (but rubber planks work fine with other wooden slabs)

note: in EMI you can't grab a bucket from a fluid, at least in my experience.
