Expected Behavior

Upgrading to a higher tier Macerator should process the Bio Chaff recipe at a faster rate.

Actual Behavior

It takes 10 seconds at LV, MV, HV, and EV tiers and uses no energy as far as I can tell.

Steps to Reproduce

Make an Advanced/Elite/Ultimate I/II/III Macerator
Put 2 plant balls in it
Wait 10 seconds

Additional Information

The recipe also looks off in JEI, linked below. It doesn't indicate what tier the recipe is at.
