Drum's fluid can be duplicated

Expected Behavior

If I use drum to put fluid in machinery, it should be used.

Actual Behavior

When I place the drum on the ground, the amount of fluid is returned to before it was put into the machine.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Place any type of machinary which can accept fluid. (For me, I used fluid solidifier)
  2. Place empty drum, put any fluid with bucket. If I right-click steel drum with rubber bucket, bucket is consumed and 1 Bucket of rubber will be in the drum. #290
  3. Pick the drum with pickaxe, and put the fluid into the fluid solidifier. Seeing with REI, there is no fluid in the drum before I place it to ground.
  4. However, when I place the drum on the ground, the drum contains 1 Bucket of rubber. If I break it with pickaxe, it still contains 1 Bucket of rubber.
