Items and Fluids are not automatically transferred through passthough hatches from chests and drums outside Cleanroom inside cleanroom.

Actual Behavior

Items and Fluids must be automatically transferred through passthough hatches from chests and drums outside Cleanroom inside cleanroom.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build any size cleanroom. For example 5x5x5.
2. add one passthrough item hatch, 2 chests. 1 inside room, 1 outside cleanroom.
3. place any item inside outside chest.
