Intermittent chunk mesh building error

Expected Behavior
Game runs without crashing while building chunks.
Actual Behavior
Game will randomly freeze/crash with the stated error being "Encountered exception while building chunk meshes". This does not always close the game immediately. If the game freezes, but does not close, no crash log will be generated stating "negative index in crash report handler". If the game does fully close then a crash log will be generated normally. Attached is the most recent crash I had.
Steps to Reproduce
The crash is seemingly random. but does seem to be more likely with repeated used of the minecraft chunk view debug (F3+G)
Additional Information
This is most likely a bad interaction with embeddium as that constantly pops up in the crash reports when a crash report is properly generated.
