Missing block breaking sounds when mining blocks with a mining hammer

Expected Behavior
When mining using mining hammers, the broken blocks should play their respective block breaking sounds.
Actual Behavior
When you break blocks with mining hammers (this may also apply to other AoE tools) there's no sounds played.
Steps to Reproduce
Grab a mining hammer on survival, and start mining.
