Expected Behavior

The Ultimate Battery recipe requires 16 Energy Clusters + other stuff in an Assembly Line, which only accepts ULV Input Busses, so Energy Clusters should stack in one input bus so the recipe can run

Actual Behavior

Energy Clusters with no charge do not stack, so 16 input busses are filled with each individual Energy Cluster and the recipe cannot run

Steps to Reproduce

Make two Energy Clusters and note how they cannot stack

Additional Information

I also tested with fully charged Energy Clusters in case those stacked, but they do not either
