Advanced Energy Detector Cover percentage mode not working

Expected Behavior
If the Advanced Energy Detector Cover is placed on a full battery buffer, Selecting percentage mode in the GUI should cause the cover to output no Redstone signal in Normal output. (or emit signal in Inverted output)
Actual Behavior
In practice, the opposite behavior to what is expected occurs - signal is emitted in Normal output, and no signal is output in Inverted output.
Steps to Reproduce
- Place down an LV 4x Battery Buffer.
- Put an Advanced Energy Detector cover on one side of the batter buffer. (Default output Normal, Percentage mode)
- Place a Redstone Dust on the side with the cover to visualize the output.
- Put three full Small Lithium Batteries and one empty Small Lithium Battery in the buffer.
- Observe the redstone activate.
Additional Information
Changing the mode from percentage to Discrete EU avoids this issue.
