Empty tag issue between quark and gregtech

Expected Behavior
I expect my items to properly stack with each other, not have random empty tags, and for this specific potion recipe in the brewer to actually have an ingredient in its recipe.
Actual Behavior
items fail to stack with each other, potion of stability doesnt have a proper recipe its just awkward potion and nothing, items fail to register as valid for automation purposes do to difference in tags because of this empty tag (I think)
Steps to Reproduce
load up quark and gregtech,
see issue occuring when picking up new items, checking potion of stability's recipe in the brewer. attempt to use a crafting automation system with multiple steps.
Additional Information
I have no idea if this actually encompasses all that im accusing this bug of being responsible for but its at least responsible for sure for the brewer having no potion of stability main ingredient.
either way this seems like an issue that is on gregtech's side since it's their machinery acting up.
