HPCA componets not having animations/emmsive textures.

Expected Behavior

The HPCA cooling/computation to have those cool animated active textures as well as emissive.

Actual Behavior

No animations/emissive, HPCA components always look the same unless they get damaged and even damamged doesn't have emmisve.

I believe this was addressed in #3746 ?

First one is done in 1.6.4, can see proper animations, other two show that normal and custom hpca parts using the new model system dont have emmisive/animated textures in 7.1.4.
