Feature Description

In older modpacks, IE GTNH, when you fill a universal cell or a drum/cell, you would see how many MB of fluid in the cell. Whenever put fluid into a cell, I can't see how full it is without putting the contents into an empty container, or filling it completely, and even then with like the steel drum, I just have to know how much fluid is in it. Would it be possible to add the ability to see haw much fluid is in a cell into the item tooltip, similar to how we can see how full the batteries are?
