Expected Behavior

Using a Screwdriver to swap an (in-world) Input Hatch/Bus to an Output Hatch/Bus swaps the bus but retains the rest of its state

Actual Behavior

In-world swapping a bus like this deletes any Covers attached to the block.

Steps to Reproduce

Place an Input Bus
Attach a Conveyor Cover to it
Use a Screwdriver to swap the Bus from Input to Output

I can't reproduce this bug. The conveyors are dropped as items.
I used a OpV input bus and ZPM conveyors for the test.
