Expected Behavior

GT provides a lot of recipes like ingot -> nuggets, nuggets -> ingot. Some of them are existing in vanilla. These gt recipes should be removed.

Actual Behavior

Recipes are repeated. One's id is minecraft:iron_ingot_from_nuggets, while another's id is gtceu:shaped/nugget_assembling_iron.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a recipe viewer.
2. Check usages of iron nuggets.

Additional Information

Wasn't tested in forge or other recipe viewers.
