Expected Behavior

When a conveyor properly transfers items it should continue to.

Actual Behavior

When setting up a conveyor to export items from a machine it works for a while then sometimes randomly stops until breaking and resetting it up or sometimes flicking the setting from import to export works but not every time.

Steps to Reproduce

I currently have 3 setups, 1 works constantly and 2 stop randomly until tinkered with.

Setup that works -

Low Pressure Steam Furnace with a Normal Tin Item Pipe with a Conveyor into a Primitive Blast Furnace. Seems to work constantly and have no issues.

Setups that don't work -

Chest with a Normal Tin Item Pipe with a Conveyor into a High Pressure Steam Solid Boiler. Works for a while but randomly stops until i flick the input/output control on the Conveyor or break the pipe and reset it.

Low Pressure Steam Furnace with a Normal Tin Item Pipe with a Conveyor into a Coke Oven. Same issue as above.

I cannot reproduce the issue but these are my setups.

Additional Information

I have tried leaving the area for a while and coming back while the chunk is not loaded, it doesn't seem to be that or at least not every time.

I have tried restarting the game and it does not fix it.

Small custom modpack with 100 mods.

I logged out for a bit then logged back in and they stopped working, just the 2 i listed as a problem, the other 1 is working fine.

Fluid pipes seem to be temperamental as well, after some logging in and out the Primitive Water Pump stopped exporting into the Normal Copper Fluid Pipe and all the High Pressure Steam Solid Boilers exploded when the Water started to flow again.
