Expecting the facades of GTM to properly CTM with compatible blocks when attached to cables/pipes/etc

Actual Behavior

The CTM "Kinda" works, as blocks that match will CTM with the facaded block, but the facaded block will not CTM back

Steps to Reproduce

Get a block with connecting textures
Place blocks near cable
Use a cover of the same block
Watch as the Connection kinda works
