Blacklist for Dimensions so Grimoir of gaia mobs don’t spawn in dimensions they aren’t supposed to.

At the moment they spawn in many Dimensions I don’t want them to spawn and there is no way to prevent this for example in the Midnight Dimension ID:-23 there are so many minotaurus and harpys in the certain areas I think because they count as plains and witches in forests etc.
Would that feature be possible to add in?
