[Suggestion]: Allow modifying damage cap or disabling it

Suggestion Description

The mobs are already quite tanky, but they are further damage capped. This damage cap also unfairly blocks even /kill commands which is utterly extreme.

Further, this cap doesn't take into consideration if their health is improved also.
For example if l2 Hostilities buffs their health to like 400+ every hit can still only deal 20 damage to a minotaurus.
Please allow the damage cap to properly scale to a reasonable degree if it's meant to emulate a minimum amount of hits required to kill, rather than a hard cap. They aren't bosses and shouldn't be so aggressively scaled.

Allow people to turn it off the cap or redefine their own value, similar to cataclysm and it's bosses.

I am on 1.20.1 version and would appreciate this feature.
