Growthcraft Cellar uses a lot of water and using vanilla sources (1x3 or 2x2 water sources) in your brew room is not appealing.

Primary Ideas

Name: Water Well
Size: 1x1x2 (like the fruit press)
Recipe: Piston, Bucket, 2 planks, 3 cobblestone, 1 stick, and 1 rope.
Fluid Capacity: 1 Bucket
Fluid Generation Rate: 1 bucket at random tick
Fluid Transfer Compatibility: No (manual only)

Alternate Ideas

Name: Water Barrel
Size: Single Block
Recipe: 7 Fermentation Barrels, Tap and a Bucket of Water.
Fluid Capacity: 8 Buckets
Fluid Generation Rate: To Be Determined
Fluid Transfer Compatibility: Maybe

Keep in mind. Without other mods these balance options seem fine. But when you pair them with other mods, all of these options are non contenders.

  • Pam's Harvestcraft has the well, an infinite water source for 6 iron
  • Forestry has the raintank, a slow filling water source for 6 iron but it can be piped
  • Cooking for blockheads has the sink for 6 iron (3 iron and a bucket)

An option like a water tank that is pipe able would be nice, but I don't know if you would want to go into pipe territory, as you'd have to supply your own. A system like that could have more uses, like the 1.10.2 agricraft stuff had: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOc9I0i9sg0

Yeah, I use both Pam's and CFB.
