
Mod mostly broken due to GregTechCE Update

This mod doesn't work very well with the newest version of GregTech due to the changes they amde between updates. That's why most of your recipes made in "gregtechce.recipes" doesn't show up ingame (basically all machine recipes), which makes some items unobtainable.
BTW is there a reason why you disabled the cables from open computers? They are rquired if you want to build larger networks, if you don't want to use wireless cards for everything.
There was recent update (1.4) to accommodate the way meta-tags are handled in GTCE.
As for recipes, they're just for reference. You are free to tweak them however you like.

By that I undersatand you mean, "they don't have power losses"? I could not agree on that being in line with GT core concepts. Maybe it is ok in semi-creative mode, but not in survival gameplay.
What I mean is that only the crafting recipes are shown that are crafted by hand none of the machine crafting recipes utilizing the assembler for example are shown ingame nor do they work. And I guess this is due to the last gregtech update 12 days ago, which required all gregtech add-ons to adapt the stuff changed in this update.

Apparently GTCE was not the culprit. GTCE2OC 1.4 had fundamentally broken recipe parser, only basic and furnace were actually considered.
Fixed that, added chanced outputs too. Thanks for reporting it, please try and see if 1.5 works for you.
