I changed the guard movement speed into 0.2, then I realized that was too slow so I change it back to 0.5 (the default value), however they remain as slow as 0.2 value, then I tried to change their speed to 1.0 and 2.0 to see if there's any differences. Yet the issue remains, but I noticed when I started a new world, the guards' speed is just fine like how the mod config was set. Does anyone know how to fix this?

When you change the configs, the guards that have been created already will remain with the same default speed. But, when you change the configs, only the new guards that you create from that moment on will get changed.
