Disabling modNameFormat doesn't hide mod name tooltip in bookmarks

I am using:
HadEnoughItems_1.12.2-4.29.8
modnametooltip_1.12.2-1.10.1
Since HEI doesn't add mod name tooltip to inventory, I thought I would just add the mod "Mod Name Tooltip" and disable HEI's feature. It's not disabled in the bookmarks tab though.
