Just like with log-stairs, make x- and z-directional log-slabs as well.
So 4 new models; a top and bottom half in x and z direction.

I don't mean vertical slabs, however that could be a thing as well.

Note: when doing this, re-use the slabs' models for the Log-Stairs.
