Your discord link goes straight to the official Sodium dev's server, which is for Fabric, not Forge

Describe the solution you'd like
Change/remove the discord link so that it no longer goes to JellySquid3's.

Additional context
Sodium Forge users inevitably go to the official Caffeine discord asking for support when they can't offer any and should instead come here or wherever else support is offered for this fork.
