Describe the bug
The Sniper Rifle uses the bullet item to reload instead of it's designated sniper round item.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go into your inventory
2. Look at the HWG tab
3. See Sniper Rifle - Reloads with Bullets
4. Shoot sniper rifle until empty
5. Use the reload key
6. See that it doesn't consume Sniper Rounds but instead Bullets (shown in screenshots)
