For some reason, throwing a napalm grenade while the effect cloud is active from a previous one causes a crash. Perhaps this could be looked into?

1. Equip napalm nade.
2. Throw one at target.
3. Note effect cloud, then throw another.
4. Crash.

Thank you, was doing this for a friend. They experienced this crash, just wanted to prevent it from happening to others in the future.
