when i have your mod installed i can not pick up the dragon egg with it falling on a torch or being pushed by a piston. Those are the only 2 ways i know that can pick up the dragon egg. I am not sure if this is a bug or if there is a tool to pick up the dragon egg.

Egg falling on a torch or being pushed by piston were bugs, so I fixed them. There is a different way explained in the Ender Compendium.
