Issue Description

When hovering over an item with a question mark, instead of displaying the tooltip, the screen freezes for quite a bit. Sometimes this leads to a crash, other times, after several minutes, the game resumes. This is happening with all items, be it vanilla or modded.

Looks like a mod called "Tiered Tooltips" is causing issues here. Could you try without that mod and see if that fixes it? If it does, it's an issue on their end probably.
