HQM-New Heights-1.10.2-5.0.0beta4

So last night after working on some quests I pressed Save and then closed minecraft with Esc > Save and Quit to Title and then Quit Game. Like I always do. Today when I was about to continue working on my quests I noticed, "Hey there is some missing here!" The only thing that is left is the first 'set' of quests. All the other sets are deleted.

Checking the config folder I can see that the sets are missing and they are just gone.
