I'm trying to play project ozone 2 from the curse launcher and it doesn't seem to download HQM but the mod pack says it has HQM and all the YouTubers seem to have it too, my agrarian skies has the mod when I launched it.

That's an issue with ozone, and not HQM. Contact them.
