No clarification is given that only empty quest sets can be deleted.

As someone who spammed quest sets with 200+ quests, please allow me to delete the whole set in one go. Thankfully for now I can just exploit the other bugs to trigger them to self destruct on their own but that's obviously not an ideal nor intended solution.
