Add countdown penalty for consecutive deaths/revivals

This forces players to clean the area before reviving and pushes them to avoid spamming the revival to reset the timer.
Both cooldown timers and dividers may preferably be configurable.
For examples below, the default death timer is 120 seconds.

Two ways to go:

  1. There would be an option to always count the timer down internally, until the cooldown ends.
    For example, if the player is revived at 95 seconds, next time they die, the countdown resumes.
  2. Next time the player is revived and killed in a short amount, the timer would be divided/subtracted by a defined amount.
    For example, if the player is revived, next time they die, the countdown is halved.
