Describe the Issue

The latest available on Curseforge version simply doesn't work in LAN world of 2 ppl. Once someone dies, there is no revive screen, we're just dead immedieately. Tested on a completely empty Minecraft installation. Tried updating Forge ver to 47.3.10 - didn't help. Had to go back to previous mod version (12.0.2) - and it works completely fine, both in empty installation and in heavily modded one
