Describe the Issue
When navigating through the UI, the screen temporarily turns black before disappearing again. I deleted the mod and the issue went away so I figured it has to be this mod that causes the problem. It might not be, but I think that it is since it's very consistent went installing the mod and going through the menus and UI.
Logs
I am also having this issue just running Hardcore Revival, balm, fabric api, and mod menu. Sometimes it doesn't happen while others it will happen everytime, there are also no errors or messages in the logs. It goes away after taking a screenshot and also doesn't happen when you have 0 menu blur
Cannot reproduce. What UIs are you navigating?
I had Balm and Fabric API installed alongside it like DarthLilo said. Once I removed hardcorerevival the problem went away. I'm not sure what caused the problem to happen but whenever I added it back and then opened up the game, I noticed the issue come back. I apologize because I don't know the technical language so I don't know if UI is correct. I added the mod back after not having it and I went into a world to see if I could reproduce it and I can. Unlike DarthLilo, the background of the menu doesn't flash black, the entire screen of my monitor flashes black for a second. Hopefully the video I linked works and you can see.
