As the title says, a feature to prevent players from using using commands (/tp, /rtp, etc), while in the downed state would help keep Hardcore Revival from potentially being abused.

Example: Player 1 gets downed, uses /tp or /tpa to teleport towards Player 2, who's in a safe area, to get revived.

If possible, I would prefer for the chat window to be still accessible; this will allow players to call out in chat for help. Perhaps another config option to toggle this?
