1.12.2 Harvest Festival & RTG Snapshot Incompatibility?

RTG terrain not generating with Harvest Festival installed. (No crash generated, just not generating.)

Mod Versions:
RTG-1.12.2-6.1.0.0-snapshot.1.jar
Harvest-Festival-Legacy-1.12.2-0.6.0.jar

Forge Version
forge-14.23.5.2831 (also tested on latest forge, forge-14.23.5.2847 and still nothing.)
