This crash only occurs with an edited config. I wanted to enable vanilla water sources and crop growth while I messed around with learning the mod's version of farming. It worked out terribly.

It happened only after I first watered the hardy turnips Jade gave me. The screen would stay up for a moment (probably long enough for a tick), and then the game crashed. I've determined that the config change was the cause.

Could you try to create a new world with only Harvest Festival installed and the same config, and see if this happens?

Sure! Here is the config that causes the crash, and here is a crash report from me replicating the problem with only Harvest Festival installed. I did not even get to watering my crops this time before the game ticked and failed some kind of check on them because of my config. I think just enabling vanilla growth or watering is the cause! Hopefully this helps you out, please let me know if there's anything more I can do.
