This is on version Farming Valley 0.9.9.3

Sometimes when I go to Yulif he only has the General store, poultry farm and animal farm blueprints, and other times he doesn't have any blueprints. I have already built these 3 buildings and he never has the next ones. No blacksmith or mining hill.
