Describe the bug
You can still right click with a hoe on someones claim.

To Reproduce
Harvest crops in a claim.

Expected behavior
Does not harvest.

System information:

• Fabric
• Mod version 4.0.0.3
• Minecraft version 1.19.2

Same as #14 , I'm working on it and I will release the fixed version as soon as I can (unfortunately I have been quite busy lately with university and my job).
I will close this issue, please keep an eye on #14 to receive updates on the progress.

It has been fixed with HWE v6.0.0.0 and Flan latest version.
