Describe the bug
When using the config setting to get exp from harvesting crops, exp is awarded for breaking the crop, but not for harvesting with right click.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set config to award exp value of 1.
2. Set config to require a hoe to harvest with right click.
3. Harvest a crop by right clicking while holding a hoe.

Expected behavior
Harvesting the crop via right click should award exp.

System information:

• Mod loader: Forge 47.2.19
• Mod version: 1.20.1-8.0.0.2
• Minecraft version: 1.20.1

Can you please do the following checks and let me know the results?

• Are you using the latest version of the mod? If not, please update and then try again.
• When a crop is ripe for harvest, does the right-click harvest give you experience (which you can see because the green level bar should increment) despite no XP orbs being dropped?
• When a crop is ripe for harvest, does breaking it not drop any XP orb?

Let me know!

• It is the latest version for 1.20.1
• It does indeed appear to give exp without dropping orbs.
• The crop drops orbs when broken.

Okay, then this is the expected behavior.
