Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I don't like my crops auto-replanting when I right click them
Describe what you'd like
I would like a config option to disable auto-replanting
Describe alternatives you've considered
Downloading a different mod that doesn't auto-replant
Additional context
Also compatibility with Mod Menu to make config easier (maybe that's just on my end)
Because it would only break fully grown crops, no? That way you don't accidentally break crops that aren't done
The perfect mod I imagine you can hold down right click and mouse over all your crops, and only the fully grown ones break, as opposed to all of them breaking if you hold down left click
Because I want to be able to break the crops with right-click, just not auto-replant
And in which situation wouldn't you want the crops you break to be replanted?
I mean, you break the crops and you don't replant them? You just leave the farmland like that? I don't understand in which situation you would need to harvest only the grown crops and not replant them.
Could you give me an example?
If I want to change the crop that I grow on that block, etc.
Mostly it's just a gameplay preference. I want to be able to break only fully grown crops with right click and then replant them myself
Okay, I understand. If you want to change the crop, usually you would change the whole farming plot or a part of it, not just the single ones.
I don't see why it would be better to replant crops manually, I can hardly share the preference.
However, I understand that maybe, in some edge cases, it could be useful.
For now, I don't see it fitting in this mod, but I won't rule it out completely.
Since we are in the middle of some restructuring of our work methodology, it will take some time before we take a look at this again, so please be patient.
In the meantime, thank you!
I'm sorry to inform you that this feature will not come for the time being, as we want to avoid feature creep, and adding a config option just for a single person in some hardly shareable edge cases is exactly that.
However, if a few other people in the future come asking for the same thing, then we'll most likely add it.
