Use seeds from the inventory to replant

I have confirmed no other issue asks for this

Desired behavior
If a crop does not yield its seed, use seeds in the inventory to replant (if possible).
Current behavior
Crops that do not yield seeds are not replanted
Additional context
Add support for Torchflowers too
It's not currently possible to right-click harvest torchflower grown crops as they are coded as FlowerBlocks.
