When flying with elytra or sneaking, the hat stays in the sky when the player is in flying mode or crouching

I fixed the height for sneaking but I disabled the hats entirely for when you're on the elytra. Hats is slated to be migrated to Googly Eyes' system which works much better and is easier to add support for, in the future.
