No hats on mobs /can not see hat in creative mode on player

There are no hats on any Mobs and not even on the Player if you select a head in creative mode !
Does somebody know how to fix this .-.

i know there are no hats although do you think we need the hatstands thing?

i cant even get them from commands .-.

The mod works as intended . I don't really know what i did to make it work but I reinstalled/resetted almost everything needed for the mod. I left a comment on curseforge as well but did an edit on that one.

It works with Forge 1.12.2 v 14.23.5.2854 / hat mod 1.12.2 v 7.1.1 / ichunutil 1.12.2 v 7.2.2
