Cultural Delights already has corn within the mod, so perhaps you could add tags that would allow both items to be used interchangeably in each mods recipes.

Additionally, the probability of finding corn could be eliminated since cultural delights' corn can already be found. That or cultural delights' corn could be replaced with Haunted Harvest's corn.

I can add recipes that use tags. As for the config there is already one that turns off the corn of the mod. I can't replace other mods items /loot but depending on where that's found one could probably do it simply enough with some loot tables and recipes overrides with datapack
