[Forge 1.20.1] Relogging causes Snow Golems to lose their custom pumpkin heads

Using a custom Carved Pumpkin on a Snow Golem gives the golem the pumpkin correctly, however whenever I relog the golem reverts back to having a normal Carved Pumpkin. They lose all their personality! How sad.
