I am using this mod, but there is no recipe for it. In EMI it just shows the Info page with no recipe to make the item.

I just checked and the default recipe is 3 iron and a stick in this shape:

I = Iron
S = Stick

I have not used EMI myself but in JEI and REI it shows the recipe.
